And heated floors, and adding 2 small windows above the shower.
Still to decide:
- Paint color (probably a dark beige, tan, light brown color)
- Faucets - sink and shower
- Glass shower doors/enclosure
- Toilet (yes, this is a decision)

Finally found something that explained how silver is antimicrobial
When SmartSilver nanoparticles come in contact with moisture, they release very low levels of silver ions that prevent the growth of microbes that cause odor and material degradation. This same mode of action is responsible for the antimicrobial properties of silver coins and spoons.

I need to understand how things work – I don’t believe anybody who doesn’t have proof any more. Been fooled too many times. But Norwex seems to have a good product. Norwex.com

Cleaning for a Reason
Just got this email sent to me:
If you know any woman currently undergoing chemotherapy, please pass the word to her that there is a cleaning service that provides FREE housecleaning - once per month for 4 months while she is in treatment. All she needs to do is sign up. Cleaning for a Reason will have a participating maid service in her zip code area arrange for the service. Not all areas are available. This organization serves the entire USA. There are people out there that care. Please pass this information along.

I love Cheetahs
http://www.cnn.com/2011/US/02/18/smithsonian.cheetahs/index.html?hpt=C2
It's amazing how docile they are. They are endangered because farmers in Africa shoot the them when the cheetahs attack their herds. Education efforts are underway to teach the farmers that all they really need is a big dog with their herds. When the dogs spot the cheetahs and bark, the cheetahs flee. They are non-confrontational animals, unlike some other big cats.

Back to the blog. Today is the first day of the rest of your life...
So, I'm going to be blogging about stuff and nonsense. Again, I guess. I'm on a mission to get in shape - including losing some weight - by the time we go to Hawaii. So I have about 6 months, approximately. Mostly I need to get in shape; I'm convinced some of my pains are from just being out of shape. Some, however, are due to sitting in an office chair 8 hours a day surfing the web. (Herman Miller Aeron chairs are the worst chairs ever.)
So today, I did 20 squat kicks (both legs) and 20 reverse lunges (each leg). Those are 2 of the 8 total leg exercises that are my goal. I have some other workout goals, too, but that's all I got done today. I'm super tired and somewhat dizzy. (No comments from the peanut gallery.) Yesterday, though, I slept until 12:30 after going to bed at 8:30 Friday night, and I was dizzy all day long. So today is progress. My vision is weird - not blurry, but my eyes don't want to focus, especially in strong light.
Sam made crepes this morning for breakfast and stuffed them with gruyere cheese and canadian ham. Twas quite good; he is a good cook and a good man! Tonight, gluten free pizza. And salad. And an early night to bed, hoping tomorrow I won't be so dizzy.

NOW is when I need to know how to shorten posts.
1) Copy this list into your blog or journal, including these instructions.
2) Bold all the items you’ve eaten.
3) Cross out any items that you would never consider eating. (I can't figure out how to do that, so I'll just have to italicize.)
4) Optional extra: Post a comment here at www.verygoodtaste.co.uk linking to your results.
