Road rage update

What are the chances that drivers on the road are going to drive well when the driving instructors don't know how to drive courteously? On my way home from work today, "Student Driver" car, with only one occupant so I will assume the instructor, in the middle lane, going 10 miles under the limit. Which obviously geeked up traffic. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!
